Vendor and Venue Recommendation Disclaimer

EverEvents LLC and Jessie Parrish may, at times, provide recommendations or referrals for venues, vendors, service providers, or other event-related professionals for the convenience of the Client. Any such recommendations are based on general industry knowledge, past experience, or publicly available information and are provided solely as a courtesy. EverEvents LLC and Jessie Parrish do not own, operate, manage, or control any third-party vendors or venues and make no guarantees regarding the performance, reliability, availability, pricing, conduct, safety, or quality of services provided by such third parties. The Client understands and agrees that all contracts, agreements, deposits, and payments made to any vendor or venue are entered into directly between the Client and that third party. EverEvents LLC and Jessie Parrish shall not be held liable or responsible for any acts, omissions, negligence, damages, losses, cancellations, delays, disputes, or service failures arising from any vendor, venue, or third-party service provider recommended or selected in connection with the Client’s event.

Hold Harmless and Indemnification

The Client agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EverEvents LLC and Jessie Parrish from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the services, actions, or performance of any third-party vendor, venue, or service provider connected to the Client’s event. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to vendor cancellations, service failures, property damage, personal injury, delays, or disputes between the Client and any third-party provider. The Client acknowledges that all vendors and venues operate independently and are not employees, partners, or agents of EverEvents LLC or Jessie Parrish.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverEvents LLC and Jessie Parrish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the planning, coordination, or execution of the Client’s event. In all circumstances, the total liability of EverEvents LLC and Jessie Parrish for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by the Client to EverEvents LLC for the specific services outlined in the agreement. The Client acknowledges that EverEvents LLC serves as an event planning and coordination service and is not responsible for the actions, performance, or contractual obligations of independent vendors, venues, or third-party service providers.

Client Vendor Selection Responsibility

The Client acknowledges that the final selection and hiring of all vendors, venues, and service providers is solely the responsibility of the Client. While EverEvents LLC and Jessie Parrish may provide guidance, recommendations, or industry insight, the Client retains full authority over all vendor decisions and contractual agreements. The Client agrees that EverEvents LLC and Jessie Parrish shall not be held responsible for the quality of services, actions, pricing, contractual terms, scheduling issues, cancellations, or any other matters related to vendors or venues selected by the Client, whether recommended by EverEvents LLC or independently sourced by the Client. The Client further understands that it is their responsibility to review and sign all vendor contracts and to ensure those vendors meet their expectations for the event.
